Couldn't recommend this company more - my experience was seamless. I have recently moved house and have been overwhelmed with options for bathroom renovations. Karoline offered expert knowledge and assistance with any queries I had.

Great customer service!!
I had a couple of questions before making a purchase and each time i had quick and clear response which reassured me.
The website is extremely easy to use compared to similar companies I was shopping with.
And after receiving my purchase I am very happy with the speed of delivery and quality. Will definitely be shopping here again.

Excellent customer service. Harry was polite, patient and efficient. The order was delivered on time as specified and the products were of very high quality. The Urban Bathhouse are very easy to work with and have a thorough understanding of their products. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and would not hesitate to use them again.
